摘要
目的:了解我院抗抑郁药的应用现状和发展趋势。方法:对2004～2005年我院抗抑郁药的种类、用量、金额、用药频度等进行回顾性分析。结果:抗抑郁药的销售金额和用药频度呈上升趋势,分别增长24．76%和23．21%;购药金额前3位依次为:SSRIs、其他类和SNRIs,用药频度前3住依次为SSRIs、其他类和TCA。用药频度居前的药物有氟哌噻畦/美利曲辛、氟西汀和阿米替林等。日均用药金额介于0．55～16．08元,购药金额与DDDs序号比在0．67～2．67之间;进口品种用药金额比例大;用药量随季节有所波动。结论:新型抗抑郁药的应用占主导地位并呈上升趋势,TCA对抗抑郁的作用仍不容忽视。
Objective： To investigate the status quo and the developmental trend of application of antidepressants in our hospital. Method ： A retrospective analysis of antidepressants in our hospital during 2004 - 2005 was made in terms of drug varieties, consumption quantity, sum, DDDs, etc. Result： The consumption sum and DDDs of antidepressants showed an up-trend by 24.76% and 23.21% respectively; SSRIs, OA and SNRIs ranked the first three places arranged by the consumption sum, while SSRIs, OA and TCA, by DDDs. The drugs having high DDDs value included flupentixol/ melitracen, fluoxetine, amitriptyline, etc. The ratio of the order of cost to that of DDDs was from 0.67to 2.67 ; the daily drug cost was between 0.55and 16.08yuan. The consumption sum of import products constituted the majority. The consumption of the drugs varied with the season. Conclusion： The application of new type antidepressants occupied a dominant position and showed an up-trend. TCA played an important role in the medication of depression.
