摘要
建立了一套测定高压下气体在液体中溶解度的装置,该装置具有以下特点:气液相可充分混合,平衡釜通过底部活塞加压,最高测定压力可达40.0 MPa,液相在体系循环状态下取样可避免物系的二次平衡,体系死体积较小,装置恒温槽的控温精度较高(±0.1℃).利用此装置测定了温度为298.15 K、303.15 K和压力2.0~12.0 MPa下甲烷在正己烷中的溶解度数据并与文献值相比较,从实验数据的精度和重复性考察了实验装置的可靠性,实验值和文献值的相对误差均小于2.5%,同时根据Kricheveky-Kasarnovsky(K-K)方程提出了一种从高压实验数据回归常压实验数据的方法.
An experimental apparatus was set up for measuring gas solubility in liquid at high pressure, the characteristics of the apparatus were that the gas-liquid phase was entirely mixed; the pressure of the equilibrium cell was increased by piston; the highest pressure was 40.0 MPa ; the second equilibrium of liquid was avoided while the liquid sample was obtained in mobile pipeline ; the dead volume of the system was very small, etc. The literature values of methane solubility in hexane at temperatures of 298.15 K, 303.15 K and pressures up to 12.0 MPa validated the precision and stability of the apparatus. The total deviation of the system was less than 2.5%. The method of fitting gas solubility at high pressure by Krichevsky-Kasarnovsky (K-K) equation was also proposed and corrected.
