摘要
为了优化能量消耗和提高废水排出质量提出了基于活性污泥处理系统的模型.采用ASM1模型来模拟生物反应.对于仅有一个生物反应器的处理过程进行了模拟和优化,结果显示,优化后操作费用降低了约1/3,并且出口处的TSS、COD和BOD全部满足环境标准,然而由于处理系统不包括硝化和反硝化,TKN未满足出口环境标准.
The activatedsludge process is a biological method of wastewater treatment for the removal of organic matter. In recent years, cost minimization has become increasingly important in the control and operation of activated sludge wastewater treatment plants. In this paper, a model based on activated sludge wastewater treatment system was carried out. The objective is to optimize energy consumption and improve effluent quality. Activated Sludge Model No. 1 ( ASM1 ) was used for bioreactor modeling. In the first step of the study, reactor model was developed and validated using the COST simulation benchmark. Then, simulation and optimization based on a unique reactor tank were undertaken. Results show that lower operational costs ( mainly pumping energy and aeration energy) have been achieved (about 1/3 saving). Optimization was carried out for one reactor layout. TSS, COD and BOD5 of the effluent all satisfy the environment regulation. Without including nitrification and denitrification, TKN does not satisfy the environment standard.
