摘要
分析了转Bt基因抗虫棉常规种7个主要性状的差异显著性、遗传力和相关性。结果表明:7个主要性状遗传力值顺序为皮棉产量>株铃数>衣分>铃重>节位>生育期>果枝数。株铃数、衣分与皮棉产量呈极显著正相关;生育期与节位呈极显著正相关,果枝数与节位呈极显著负相关,此相关主要是由遗传因素引起。
The diverse significance, hereditary strength and genetic correlation of 7 main characters among the varieties of different transgcnic Bt insect-reslstant cottons were analysed. The result showed that the order of hcritability was as follows: yield of ginned cotton 〉 boll number per plant 〉 lint percentage 〉 boll weight 〉 outer nodes 〉 breeding time 〉 the boll-bearing branch numbers. The boll number per plant, lint percentage and the yield of ginned cotton were extremely remarkable positive correlation; the breeding time and number outer nodes were extremely remarkable positive correlation; the boll-bearing branch numbers and outer nodes were extremely remarkable negative correlation. The correlations were mainly due to heredity factor.
