摘要
苇状羊茅(Festucaarundinaceacv·'Tempo')种子经S3307,浸种4h,发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数均下降,以40×10-6S3307处理的下降幅度最大;S3307浸种对苇状羊茅株高抑制极显著,但可以提高根冠比值和叶绿素含量,并减缓相对合水量在干旱胁迫时的下降速度。
Seeds of fescue(Festuca arundinacea cv.'Tempo')soaked in S3307 at [0,5,10,20,40(×10-6)] for 4h,the germination energy,germination.percentage and germination index lowered with increased S3307 rate.Reduction of these germination parameters were especially pronouced at S3307 40×10-6.All seedling height was significantly inhibited with S3307 treatments.In addition,S3307 treatment promoted chlorophyll content of shoot and root/crown ratio.Under drought stress,the decline of relative water content could be retarded by S3307 treatment.
