摘要
目的为临床妊娠脉象的研究提供客观化的依据。方法采用上海中医药大学和上海交通大学联合研制的TP-Ⅰ型数字化脉象分析仪对119例妊娠妇女及54例正常人组进行脉图测定,以时频域联合分析法,观察脉图参数的变化。结果妊娠妇女左右手脉图的PSR1、BF明显高于正常组,LMS2明显低于正常组。结论这些参数的变化可能与妊娠期妇女代谢增加,血流增快有关。
Objective To provide objective evidences for studying pulse of pregnant women. Methods TP-I digital electrepulsograph was adopted to measure the pulse parameters in 119 pregnant women and 54 non-pregnant women. Results The PSR; and BF were higher in pregnant women and in non-pregnant women;LMS2 was lower in pregnant women and in non-pregnant women. Conclusion In pregnant women, the blood flows faster and more forcefully.
