摘要
目的观察外剥内扎术早期治疗混合痔嵌顿的疗效。方法随机将96例混合痔嵌顿患者分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(36例),治疗组运用外剥内扎术早期治疗痔嵌顿,对照组先进行抗菌消炎,待炎症消除、水肿吸收、核回缩后进行治疗。结果治疗组在缩短疼痛时间,消炎消肿和疗程等方面的疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外剥内扎术早期治疗混合痔嵌顿疗效显著,不会出现术后感染及大出血等并发症,也不会出现肛门狭窄等后遗症。
To observe the clinical efficacy of external cleavage and internal ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids incarceration,96 subjects were randomized into two groups：treatment group in which 60 eases were treated by above method and control group in which 36 eases were treated by anti-inflammation. Result：The clinical efficacy was better in treatment group than in control guoup（P〈 0.05）.
