摘要
介绍了智能霍尔效应水流量测试仪的工作原理、硬件电路和软件系统。该测试仪以单片机为核心,以霍尔半导体元件为流量测试磁敏传感器,自动完成水流量信号的转换、采集、数据处理和数据存贮。测试结果由 LED数码显示器显示。配有 RS-232通讯接口,读数直观,通讯方便。适用于在工业测控系统中检测水流量。
The operation principle,the circuit structure and the software system of the Intelligent Hall Effect Water Flow Measuring Instrument are described in this paper.The instrument takes a single chip microcomputer as core and a Hall semiconductor senser as magnetic transducer,and so it can implements the change of a flow sign and the data acquisition processing and memory automatic- ally,it emplies LED readout and provides the RS-232 communication interface, therefore audio-visual for reading and convenient for communication,applicable to measurement water flow in enterprise.
