摘要
修建港珠澳大桥必须综合考虑各种因素,分析利弊,辩证思考;提出了暂缓建桥的依据;认为将来建桥必须贯彻国防要求,注重珠江口的通航能力及大桥的载重、机动和防护能力;从战备和通航的角度提出了修建海底隧道的建议。
When considering whether to erect a bridge to link HK, Zhuhai and Macao, we must take ac count of various factors, analyze its profits and distructions, and think about it dialectically. This paper puts forward some considerations for postponing the erection of such a bridge. It is advised that when the bridge is erected in the future the requirements in national defense should be carried out, according to which the navigation capacity at the Zhujiang River Mouth, the loading capacity of the bridge as well as the maneuver and defense capacity during the bridge construction should be stressed. From the angle of preparedness against war and ensuring navigation capacity, a proposal on building a benthic tunnel is put forward in the paper.
