摘要
针对我国知识产权制度从申请到保护过程中存在的问题,联系重点实验室建设对知识产权保护的需求提出合理建议,以提升重点实验室知识产权管理水平。
Thispaper, concemingthe problemsexistedin the process of intellectual property application andprotection, connected with the intellectual property protection demands of the key labs, presents reasonable suggstions, so as to improve the intellectual property management level of the key labs.
