摘要
本研究对根田鼠的体重、体长和头骨等１７项生长指标进行了主分量分析，确定了各项指标对鼠体生长的代表性大小。结果表明：体重是最具有代表性的生长指标（因子负荷量雌雄鼠分别为０．９６４、０．９４９）。从相对准确、实用和操作方便考虑，认为以体重作为根田鼠的年龄鉴定指标最为合适。
In order to determine the ages of root vole, seventeen growth indices of the specimens were studied by using principal component analysis. On the first principal component axis(z 1),the factor loads of body weight was the highest.Because of its accurate weighting and convenient operation,body weight should be used as the age indicator for root vole. Through further analysis,the population of root vole could be divided into four age groups: Juvenile (body weight<19.0g); Subadult (19.0g≤body weight<37.0 g); Adult (37.0g≤body weight<51.0 g); Older (body weight≥51.0 g).
