摘要
针对具有曲面结构的不锈钢模具的难抛光性,利用磁力——电解复合抛光机理,对材料为0Cr18Ni9Ti的不锈钢模具进行了抛光试验。试验结果证明,这种方法可使模具表面粗糙度值达到Ra0.03μm,极大地提高了抛光的效率和质量。
Aimed at the polishing difficulties on stainless steel die with curve surface structure, the stainless steel die made by 0Cr18Ni9Ti does polishing experiment by applying magnetselectrochemical compound polishing principle. The experiment result shows that die surface roughness can reach Ra0.031μm by this means, and polishing efficiency and quality are greatly improved.
