摘要
目的：了解和分析成都地区医院用药现状，以供相关部门参考。方法：对成都地区16家医院2002年-2004年的药品销售数据进行统计分析。结果：2002年、2003年、2004年药品销售总金额增长率分别为19．57％、27．19％、17．84％；14大类药品排序小有变化；销售金额前15住药品金额占总金额份量大，其中有9个品种一直占据前15位；销售额前10位的制药企业占总金额的比例约为20％。结论：成都地区用药现状渐趋合理。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo of drug use in Chengdu area for the reference of clinician and pharmacists. METHODS ： Data regarding the drug consumption in 16 hospitals of Chengdu area between 2002 and 2004 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The consumption sum of drugs in 2002, 2003 and 2004 increased by 19.57% ,27.19% and 17.84%, respectively. There were changes in the sequence of the major 14 categories. The consumption sum of top 15 drugs took a big share, of which, 9 categories remained at the top 15 places. The top 10 pharmaceutical enterprises accounted for 20% of the total consumption sum. CONCLUSION： The use of drugs in Chengdu area tends to be rational.
