摘要
本文探讨了公路建设项目的评价指标体系各指标定性、定量评价指标及其属性值的量化方法,提出用神经网络理论来研究公路建设项目评价的新思路、新方法,并建立了公路建设项目综合评价的模型。
Based on the highway construction, this paper presents the normalization methods of attribute value of input and output indexes of the neural network, pro poses new evaluation method by the neural network, and sets up the model of highway construction comprehensive evaluation.
