Preparation of 2-cyanopyrazine from 2-methylpyrazine by catalytic ammoxidation over CrVPO catalyst

摘要 研制了CrVPO型催化剂,引入集团结构适应理论定性解释了氨氧化催化合成2-氰基吡嗪的催化机理,通过实验考察了助催化剂磷及载体对催化剂性能的影响.在铬钒摩尔比为0.8、磷钒摩尔比为1.2、以活性氧化铝为载体的条件下,采用浸渍法得到的CrVPO型催化剂性能最好.通过实验得到最优反应条件为:370℃,2-甲基吡嗪、水、氧气、氨气的进料摩尔比为1∶7.8∶8∶8,空速为0.2 h-1.反应的选择性达到92%,收率达到85%,并通过连续120 h实验验证了催化剂的稳定性能良好. The mechanism of 2-cyanopyrazine prepared from 2-methylpyrazine by catalytic ammoxidation was explained qualitatively with the theory of appropriate structure of group. A new CrVPO catalyst was prepared. The effects of preparation conditions such as catalyst promoter phosphorus and catalyst supports were investigated through experiments. The catalyst prepared by impregnation method had good performance in both activity and selectivity, and contained 0.8 molar ratio of chrome and vanadium and 1.2 molar ratio of phosphorus and vanadium and with activated alumina as support. Reaction factors such as reaction temperature, space velocity, feed composition and catalyst life were experimentally investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows. 0. 2 h^-1 space velocity, 370 ℃ reaction temperature, and 1 : 7.8 : 8 : 8 molar ratio of 2-methylpyrazine, water, oxygen and ammonia. The selectivity reached to 92%, the yield reached to 85%, and the catalyst stability was good in the 120 h continuous experiment.
