Effects of nonlinearity on the transmission property of superlattices

摘要 研究了非线性系数对超晶格中波透射的影响.把非线性薛定谔方程转化成二阶差分方程,通过迭代此差分方程得到透射谱.透射谱显示非线性系数对波的透射有明显的调制作用. We investigate the effects of nonlinearity on the transmission property of superlattices. The nonlinear Schrǒdinger equation leads to a second order nonlinear difference equation, and we obtain transmission spectrum of wave by iterating the difference equation. The transmission spectrum shows that the nonlinear coefficient has a distinctive modulation effect on the transmission coefficient.
