7例肝细胞体内移植术患者的护理

摘要 报告了7例行肝细胞体内移植术患者的护理。结合病例特点和相关资料,加强术前的肠道准备及术后排便护理,预防肝性脑病;严格控制病房环境并加强基础护理,以预防感染;合理使用利尿剂并做好效果监测,以减轻腹水;延长手术穿刺部位按压时间和术后绝对卧床时间,以减少出血。以上护理措施在一定程度上控制和预防了并发症的发生,减少了穿刺部位的出血现象,避免了术后感染的发生。
