摘要
目的了解紫外线、红外线、毫米波联合应用对烧伤的治疗效果。方法采用sprague-Dawley大白鼠60只,体重200-250g雌雄不均,随机分为毫米波治疗组、紫外线治疗组、红外线治疗组和毫米波加紫外线加红外线治疗组。分别采用毫米波、红外线、紫外线及联合应用于深“度照伤大鼠创面,进行创面细菌计数,组织活检,创面上度化及血管化观察及大鼠创面愈合情况。结果毫米波、红外线、紫外线联合应用于烫伤大鼠创面愈合较快.创面痂下的菌落数差异不显著(P〉0.05)。4组疗效比较,联合治疗组D组疗效明显高于A.B.C组差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05),A.B.C组间比较差异无显著意义。结论3种仪器联合应用能使深Ⅱ度烫伤大鼠创面的愈合加快疗效显著。联合使用明显优于单独应用毫米波、红外线、紫外线。
Objective To understand the effect of ultraviolet ray, infrared ray and millimeter wave on burn, Methods 60 female and male sprague-Dawley albino rats weighing between 200 - 250g were divided randomly in to 4 groups, millimeter wave treatment group, ultraviolet ray treatment group, infrared ray treatment group and joint treatment group, The results of treatment were analyzed, Results The effect in joint treatment group was significantly superior to other groups and the surface wound of the albino rats in the joint group healed rapidly ( P 〉 0.05) , Conclusion Joint treatment of burns in albino rats is efficacious.
