摘要
基于效果作战(EBO)的概念是根据联合作战中各相关行动的总体效果提出来的。为了辅助分析基于效果作战的行动过程和根据达到期望效果的可能性对其进行评估,建立了仿真建模工具CAESARII/EB的原型系统。该工具集成了基于离散事件系统建模技术的影响网络,既支持对行动过程的静态评估,又支持对行动过程的动态评估。本文描述了构造和使用该模型的方法,讨论了根据这些方法来提高建模技术的需求。
The Effects Based Operations (EBO) concept is based on relating actions in a combined operations to overall effects.A prototype system called CAESAR II/EB has been developed to assist in analyzing Courses of Action (COAs) for Effects-Based Operations and evaluating them in terms of the probability of achieving the desired effects. The tool supports both static and dynamic eval- uation of COAs by integrating influence nets with discrete event systems modeling techniques. This paper describes the methods with building and using the models and discusses requirements for enhancements to the modeling techniques generated from this methods.
