摘要
本文首先对国际上流行的总线标准VXI总线、PXI总线作了简要介绍,并且介绍了一种新出现的总线标准LXI总线,LXI是安捷伦科技公司和VXI科技公司2004年发布的一种新型总线标准,这是一种适用于自动测试系统的新一代基于LAN的模块化平台标准。文章重点介绍了基于PXI总线的电台自动测试系统。包括电台测试指标,硬件结构及软件实现。该测试系统可以对多种电台的功率,频率,信噪比等多项指标进行测试。
This paper first introduced the VXI bus, PXI bus, and introduced a new bus-LXI bus. LXI bus was published by Agilent company and VXI company in 2004. It＇ s a new standard based on LAN for auto-test system. Finally we introduced a auto-test system of radio based on PXI bus. Including test index of the radio, hardware structure and software realization. This auto-test system of radio can test many functions of several radios, for example： power, frequency, signal-to-noise and so on.
