摘要 传统的电能计量计费装置通过本地232中继、484远传、GPRS通信或者电台通信使主站用户得到实时数据,往往这些主站只和电力营销部门相关,作为电力消费结算的依据,而并没有接入到电网的调度自动化系统,这使得大用户的信息不能共享给全局调度系统。本装置通过采用以太网技术实现远动设备及系统的102规约,使其能够接入调度自动化系统,为电网调度的统筹安排提供一线大客户数据。 The traditional power measuring and collecting devices use local RS232 relays, remote RS484 transmitters, GPRS communication technology or professional radio transmitter-receivers, and send real-time data to the host machines, All the information was related with power system sales department, and used for power supplier charges. Therefore, the large clients can not share their data for the whole power scheduling system because the data is not accessible. The new technology device, which based on Ethemet, is fully implemented by "Section 102: companion standard for the transmission of integrated totals in electric power systems--Part 5: Transmission protocol of Telecontrol equipment and systems". From now on, the new devices are able to provide the large clients data to the power scheduling system so that the scheduling power system will provide more accurate and efficient services for the large clients.
