摘要
针对目前水泵综合试验台及其在试验过程中所存在的问题,结合试验台及试验过程中所要控制的对象及其工艺要求,提出了一种基于PLC控制和变频调速技术的综合试验台自动控制方案,并且根据试验工艺要求,给出了PLC控制及变频调速系统的硬件配置及软件设计。
In view of the current shortages in the multipurpose test-platform and the process of the testing for water pumps, the article, combining the objects to be controlled and their requirements in the platform and the course of testing, firstly introduces an automatic control scheme of the multipurpose test-platform based on the PLC control and the frequency conversion speeding, then gives the hardware configuration of the PLC and the frequency conversion speeding system, also presents the principle to design software of the PLC control system according to the process requirement of the testing.
