摘要
针对风机振动信号实时监测系统,本文阐述了运用Windows应用程序中的消息机制,通过响应WM_COPYDATA消息,对已有的数据采集器软件进行二次开发,实现不同进程间的数据传递的方法。经过数据分析处理,达到了风机状态实时监测的目的。该方法能够对采集的数据信号进行灵活的处理,易于功能的扩充。
Based on the real time monitor system about fan vibration signal, one method which is using the message handling system of windows, programs on the basis of the software of the data acquisition unit, by responding the message of WM COPYDATA, and transfers data during different process is introduced in this paper. By analyzing the data, the system completes the function of the real-time condition monitoring about the fan vihration. The method can be easy to analyze the data signal and extend the function of the software.
