摘要
近年来,我国农产品反倾销呈现出立案数量大、反倾销国家多、同一农产品多次遭到反倾销现象严重、涉案企业损失巨大等特点,其原因包括保护主义抬头、未全面取得“市场经济国家”待遇、应诉不积极、企业间过度竞争和出口秩序混乱等。为了积极应对未来的反倾销,我国政府和企业应采取积极寻求政府和行业协会的支持、认真做好预警工作、改善农产品出口结构、提高农产品科技含量等措施。
At first, this paper introduce the characters if the anti-dumping China meet recently in agricultural products exportation field, then analyze the main reason of anti-dumping. The reasons include： China has not achieved entirely treatment of ＂the country of market economy＂; most enterprises are not active when involved answering lawsuits; excessive competition between the enterprises and so on.At last, the author put forward the strategies we can use in dealing with anti-dumping.
