摘要
文章认为,创新文化建设对于提高企业自主创新能力具有重要作用,企业全体员工是企业创新文化建设的主体。只有大力加强以人为本的创新文化建设,我国的创新型国家战略才能实现。
This article thinks that the construction of innovation culture is important for raising capability of enterprises＇ independent innovation and its innovation entities is all of enterprises＇ staff. Only by strengthening construction of taking people as the center of innovation culture, can realize innovative country strategy in our contry.
