摘要
文章主要介绍设计制冷机组来实现头孢类抗生素的低温合成反应。首先介绍了制冷机组运用在化学制药低温合成反应中的意义,其次介绍如何选用制冷剂和载冷剂并通过整个制冷系统的传热能量衡算来确定制冷压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发器,最后介绍通过制冷系统的试运行验证此制冷机组是否符合使用要求。
The article mainly introduced that we designed a refrigeration unit to realize the low temperature reaction of Cephalosporins. In which first introduced the significance of the refrigeration unit's utilization in the low temperature building-up reactions in chemistry drugs manufacture, next introduced how selected the refrigerant and the secondary refrigerant and through the entire refrigeration, system heat transfer energy graduated arm calculation determined the refrigeration compressor, the condenser and the evaporator, finally introduced whether this refrigeration unit achieved the operation requirements through the test-movement of the refrigeration system.
