摘要
目的通过对南京市鼓楼区向阳社区卫生服务站的成本进行调查,以期获得社区卫生服务机构的总成本和单位服务项目成本,为政府制定社区卫生服务补偿标准提供参考。方法制定调查表收集资料,应用全成本测算方法和单位服务项目成本测算方法对社区卫生服务成本进行测算。结果社区卫生服务的劳务成本消耗最多,约占50%;预防保健科室成本消耗较高,达32%。结论社区卫生服务机构补偿不足,医疗部分收入用来补偿预防保健;社区卫生服务站的成本仍然有降低的空间。
OBJECTIVE To obtain the cost price of community service items through surveys and investigations we provided suggestions to the local government about raising health service allowance. METHODS We developed questionnaires to collect information measured community health service costs throughout the application services unit cost calculation methods and methods of cost measurement. RESULTS The results showed that the labor service cost is the most which is near 50%. The cost of health protection department is the highest which is up to 32%. CONCLUSION The community health service center should continue to control its health service cost in order to meet the requirements of the residents. Community health services compensation is inadequate which medical part of the revenue used to compensate for preventive health care. There is still a space for the local government to raise health service allowance.
