摘要
卫生资源配置应以公平和效率为原则。广州市区域卫生规划政策执行不到位、各区县经济条件差异较大、流动人口逐年增加、历史原因使现有卫生资源配置悬殊等因素制约着广州市卫生资源优化配置。因此,要落实区域卫生规划;调整财政投资导向;完善老年保健服务,关注流动人口卫生问题,使卫生资源配置在不同区县达到相对合理。
Many factors restrict disposition a rational in Guangzhou. In order to disposition a rational distribution of sanitary resources, we must adjust financial investment, implement area sanitary plan, improve the health protection system for old people and pay attention to the health of floating population.
