摘要
研究高速剪切对合成浆料(PVA、聚丙烯酸类浆料)及混合浆(淀粉、PVA、聚丙烯酸类浆料)浆液性能的影响。通过试验,发现高速剪切对合成浆料浆液性能的影响甚微,但能降低混合浆粘度,显著提高混合浆对纤维的粘着力,也能较大幅度改善混合浆液浆膜的物理机械性能。通过高速剪切能增大混合浆液浆膜断裂强度和断裂伸长率,提高浆膜韧性,且浆膜断裂强度和断裂伸长率随剪切转速的加快和剪切时间的延长而变大。试验证明:高速剪切对于改善混合浆液浆膜性能、提高浆纱质量和织造效果具有重要作用。
To research the influence of high-speed shear on synthetic size (PVA, polyacrylie acid size) property and blended size (starch, PVA, polyacrylic acid size) property were researched. Through test, it shows that the influence of high-speed shear on synthetic size is little, but it can reduce blended size viscosity and enhance cohesion force to fibers, improve physical machinery property of blended size film. High-speed shear can increase breaking strength and breaking elongation of blended size film, and enhance toughness, breaking strength and breaking elongation are increased with the speed and time of shear. The test shows that high-speed shear can improve blended size film property, enhance sizing quality, weaving effect evidently.
