摘要 提出了一种新型基于磁致伸缩材料的高频响伺服刀杆结构。以伺服刀杆机构的频响特性为优化设计目标,用ANSYS软件对刀杆机构进行模态分析与数据采样,用MATLAB软件对采样数据进行分析处理,优化了伺服刀杆结构,使伺服刀杆机构各阶固有频率远离刀杆使用频率。实验验证效果理想,为非圆曲面形活塞异形销孔的精密加工提供了一条新途径。 A special designed boring bar (SDBB) based on giant magnetostrictive material (GMM) aimed at high natural frequencys was presented. 16 sets of the candidate structures were proposed, each of them was analysed with finite element analysis code ANSYS. 5 orders of the natural frequency of each set are obtained. The data were analysed with MATLAB to get the characteristics of the SD- BB. An optimized structure of SDBB is achieved. All the orders of the optimized SDBB are far away from 100Hz..A trial was performed. It is demonstrated that the optimized SDBB can meet the needs to perform machining on OPPH effectively.
