摘要
民营企业在我国国民经济中占据重要的战略地位,然而,为数众多的民营企业,正面临着严重的人才危机,这已威胁到企业的生存与发展。因此,对民营企业人才危机应引起高度重视,并积极进行管理创新。在分析造成民营企业人才危机原因的基础上,探索构建科学有效的民营企业动态人才危机管理系统。
The private enterprise plays an important role in national economy. However, Brian Drain in these enterprises becomes a serious crisis, which threats its survival and development. Therefore, we should pay much attention to the crisis of the Brian Drain in the private enterprise and initiate management positively. This article attempts to establish an effect system-dynamic Crisis Management on the Brian Drain.
