摘要
本文用低频内耗的方法研究了氧离子导体材料La1.95K0.05Mo2-xMn±O9-δ中氧离子的微观扩散机制。当测量频率为0.5Hz时,在130℃和520℃附近分别观察到一弛豫内耗峰,而在280℃-300℃范围内有一相变峰存在。讨论了各个内耗峰的机理。
Low frequency internal friction technique was exploited to investigate the microscopic mechanism of oxygen ion diffusion in oxygen-ion conductors La1.95K0.05Mo2-xMnxO9. Two relaxational peaks were observed around 130℃ and 520℃ at 0. 5 Hz, respectively, and a phase transition peak in the temperature range of 280℃ to 300℃. The mechanism of these peaks was also discussed.
