摘要
在借鉴国内外对核心竞争力概念、评价方法等研究的基础上,结合房地产企业核心竞争力特征,确定了房地产企业核心竞争力评价框架,构建了房地产企业核心竞争力评价体系。
The fast developing real estate industry has become one pillar industry in China. The evaluation frame of the core competence of the real estate corporations is established combining the evaluation methods and characteristics of core competence in China and abroad as well. An evaluation system for this purpose is also structured.
