摘要
由于单一拓扑空间内的产品配置建模和求解均较复杂,提出了一种通过配置空间规划构筑产品族谱系,实现优化配置的方法。在剖析客户群需求共性和产品模块的分类聚合特性的基础上,给出了产品族谱系的概念表示和建模方法,以及基于产品族谱系模型对客户需求和约束进行分类求解的方法。阐述了通过谱系定位、关键配置、功能配置和个性配置4个阶段分步实现产品配置生成的过程。最后,以台式电脑为例,说明了该配置方法的有效性。
Most of configuration techniques address the product model and constraint relations in a single topological space, which makes the configuration hard to be modeled and solved. To deal with this problem, a Product Family Genealogy (PFG) concept was proposed for configuration space planning and optimal configuration. Based on analysis of common requirements for customer group and classified cohesion for product modules, the representation and modeling methods of PFG were put forward. Based on PFG, both customer requirements and constraints were respectively classified for solution. The product configuration generation could be easily accomplished through four sequential stages, PFG orientation, key configuration, functional configuration, and individual configuration. Finally, an example of desktop computer configuration was presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach.
