摘要
为了解姜黄及片姜黄挥发油色谱指纹图谱中的化学成分的异同,应用改进窗口目标检验因子分析法对指纹图谱的色谱-光谱数据进行了比较分析。经比较,至少有10种化学成分在姜黄挥发油的色谱指纹图谱中存在而在片姜黄图谱中未被检出,至少有9种化学成分在片姜黄中存在而在姜黄中未见,姜黄与片姜黄挥发油指纹图谱中共有的化学成分有9种。
To explore the same and difference of chemical components between the chromatographic fingerprints of volatile oil of Rhizoma Curcumae Longae and Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum, the chromatographic/spectroscopic data of fingerprints were comparative analyzed using modified window targettesting factor analysis method. The results of comparisons showed that ten chemical components present in Rhizoma Curcumae Longae are absent in Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum, while nine chemical components are present in Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum but absent in Rhizoma Curcumae Longae. Also, nine common components are both present in Rhizoma Curcumae Longae and Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum.
