摘要 激光再制造技术作为新发展起来的先进制造技术,具有集成化、柔性化、环保等特征。采用激光再制造技术快速修复某海上油田关键零部件,修复层厚度达到9mm,和基体材料硬度、尺寸精度等基本一致,达到了原有零件的使用要求。 Laser remanufacturing technology is one of new advanced manufacturing technologies. It has many characteristics, such as integration, flexibility and environmental protection, and so on. The key parts in oil fields at sea were quickly repaired by the technology. The cladding layer was 9mm thickness. The hardness and precision of cladding layer was accord to the substrate of parts. It met the use conditions of parts in oil fields at sea.
