摘要
使用8031单片机组成自诊断系统,成功地对直流电机调速系统进行起动预诊断、在线连续诊断及其复杂故障停机后的离线诊断。本系统能快速可靠地诊断及报告各种故障。为提高工业系统运行可靠性及快速检修提供了有力的工具。文中给出了有关诊断结果。
This paper introduces a fault self-diagnosis system for DC variable speed driv- es based on 8031 chip.It can successfully performs pre-diagnosis before starting,on-line con tinuous diagnosis and out-line diagnosis for complex faults at standstill.The diagnosis and reports for various faults are treated very quickly.It is a strong tool to raise the reliability and to quicken the repair of industrial systems.Experimental results are obtained on an actual system.
