跨国公司作为技术输出方在技术转移中往往掌握着当今世界先进的科技成果,通过向外输出技术,可以获得高额的技术转让费用,同时还可扩大技术的应用范围,进一步开发新的技术,进而获得更大的利益。我国应继续坚持吸收外商投资策略,注重引进技术的实用性与先进性,提高技术引进的消化、吸收、创新能力。同时,在我国的高新技术转让方面,应借鉴国外的做法,注意保护我国的核心技术和特有技术。
