摘要
运用SWOT分析法(态势分析法),分析了西安农业发展的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,提出了西安农业发展的最大优势是政府强势推进农业工作,投入资金和管理力度大;最大的劣势是农业产业化水平低,没有形成产业化三层复合网络化结构;最大的机会是城市居民消费转型,为优质农产品生产和开发农业多种功能提供了可能;最大的威胁是城乡居民收入差距拉大,农民增收困难。结论是,都市农业是西安农业的发展方向和现实选择,西安的都市农业是产业型都市农业。
Using the SWOT analytic method （situation analytic method）, has analyzed the strengths, weaknesses,opportunities and threats in development of agriculture of xian.The greatest strength of xian agricultural development is the government strong trend advancement agricultural work, investment fund and management is major. The biggest weaknesses is the low level of industrialization of agriculture, industrialization has not formed a three-tier structure of complex networks; The biggest opportunity is that the urban residents consumption transition has provided the possibility for the high quality agricultural product production and development agriculture variety of functions; The biggest threat is urban and rural residents income differential enlarging, the farmer additionally receives the difficulty. The conclusion is, the urban agriculture is the Xi＇an agriculture development direction and the reality choice, the urban agriculture of xian is the industry agriculture.
