摘要
我国农村公共产品供给不足有多方面的原因,其主要根源有政府财政支出体制不够完善、市场监管角色不到位、社会政策和保障制度不健全及公共资源配置效果不佳等。对此,通过深化公共财政支出体制改革、建立多元化的公共产品供给体系、加强对政府行为的监督和制衡、规制全面的社会政策和保障制度及强化政府公共服务职能来促进农村公共产品供给。
The shortage of rural public products supply results from the imperfect financial expenditure system of the governed, unreasonable supervision of market, improper social policy and insurance system. Relevant countermeasures against the shortage of rural public products supply are as follows ： deepening reforms in public financial expenditure system, establishing multi -system of public products supply, supervising and controlling government＇s actions, making perfect social oolicv and endurance system, intensifying government＇s public service function, etc.
