摘要
人才培养是高等教育的宗旨,质量是高等学校的生命线。高等院校在经过了连续几年的扩招后,在规模取得巨大发展的同时,教学管理面临巨大压力。如何保证教育规模与质量的协调发展,培养高素质的人才,适应地方经济的发展,成为目前地方性高校亟待解决的问题。健全教学质量监控与保障体系,做好质量保障监督工作,建构起适合校情、具有地方特色的质量管理体系。
Talent training is the purpose of institutions of higher education and quality is the lifeblood of colleges and universities. While the institutions are expanded enormously after successive years of enrollment expansion, their teaching managements are under tremendous strain. So how to guarantee the harmonious development between the education scope and quality so as to cultivate the high - quality talents to adapt to the development of local economy has become an urgent problem to be solved. Some proposals are put forward in the paper as follows： to establish a sound teaching- quality monitoring and security system; to do the quality supervisory work well; to construct the proper quality management system with local characteristics.
