摘要
利用管理心理学的激励理论分析了我国高校科研激励机制中存在的问题,提出构建以人为本的高校科研激励机制的思路:完善科研奖励制度;实行科研津贴制;制定诱导性科研经费管理办法;建立科研数据公布制;实施多元化和动态化激励手段等。
Based on the encouraging theory of management psychology, the paper analyzes the existing problems in encouraging systems of scientific research in institutions of higher education in China, and proposes to construct the new people - oriented encouraging system, i.e. to improve incentive system; to carry out allowance system; to establish stimulating funds management method; to set up announce system of scientific research data; and to use multi - and - dynamic encouraging means, etc.
