摘要
本文叙述以陶瓷管为芯子的工业用中温(300-1200℃)黑体辐射源(黑体炉)。黑体空腔采用三段式加热方式,开口段加热元件采用不均匀绕法,设置了靶后腔体,经测试表明,腔壁有效温区最大温差在3.0K以内,采用Bedford法计算了腔体有效发射率分布,在等温情况下靶面平均有效发射率0.9983。
The thesis mainly tells us something about the industrial medium temperature(300-1200℃) blackbody radiation source (blackbody stove) which has a ceramic aggregate as its core, The hollow of the blackbody adopts three parts of ways to heat. The warming up element at its mouth part uses a nonuniform circling. It has set up a rear target hollow object, The experiment shows the maximum difference of temperature at efficient warming area is within 3.OK. We use the bedford method to calculate the radiation efficiency of the blackbody hollow. Under the situation of isothermally the radiation efficiency Of the target surface is average 0.9983.
