摘要
The state-owned enterprises（SOEs） reform in China has plunged into the most urgent stage, and more than 20 years＇ market-oriented reform of SOEs in China seems to have no enough economic efficiency. This paper discusses some issues concerning corporate governance reform of SOEs in China. In section A, we first analyze the current situation and major issues in corporate governance reform of SOEs in China. In Section B, we discuss how to further reform SOEs＇ corporate governance in China. Final section discusses the possible model of China＇s corporate governance.
