摘要
目前我国货币政策的传导在中央银行、商业银行、金融市场和微观经济主体四个层面存在着障碍,极大地影响了货币政策的传导效果。货币政策传导过程中存在的上述问题,既有货币政策制度设计方面的缺陷,也有银行和企业制度改革不到位的问题,更有社会环境不完善和政策环境不配套的因素。因此,要消除货币政策传导障碍,必须着眼于完善货币政策制度设计,完善金融市场,深化企业制度改革,建立良好的社会信用环境和配套政策环境等。
At present, obstacles in China＇s monetary policy transmission are found in four respects： the central bank, commercial bank, financial market and micro - economy principals. This has great impact upon the transmission effects of monetary policy. The problems existing in the transmission process, are embodied not only by the defects in the monetary policy system designing, but also by not putting into the right place the bank and enterprise institutional reform, imperfect social environment and not matched policy environment as well. Therefore, in order to dissolve the obstacles of the monetary policy transmission, it＇s compulsory to fix attention on the monetary policy designing, to perfect financial market, deepening enterprise institutional reform, establishing a good social credit environment with complete policy environment, etc.
