超临界CO_2分散染料染聚乳酸纤维的研究 被引量:8

摘要 以超临界CO2作为染色介质,用分散蓝79对聚乳酸纤维染色,研究了染色温度、压力和时间对聚乳酸纤维染色性能和强力的影响。试验结果表明,随着温度的升高,织物上的染料得色量明显增大。在超临界CO2中进行染色只需10min,即可达到上染平衡,而常规染色需要40min以上。增大压力可使染色织物上的染料得色量增大,压力为17MPa时,上染率达到最大;但进一步增大压力,上染率反而有所下降。超临界CO2染色对纤维强力性能的影响比水介质要小得多,其日晒牢度和皂洗牢度可达到标准要求。 PLA fiber was dyed with disperse blue 79 in supercritical carbon dioxide by varying temperatures, effects of temperature, pressure and time on dyeing property of PLA were discussed briefly; dye uptakes increased along with the increase in temperature, 10 minutes were needed to reach equilibrium in supercritical carbon dioxide and 40 minutes in water. Higher pressure resulted in higher uptake on the fiber, but when the pressure was above 17MPa, dye uptake on the fiber decreased. The losses of tensile strength of fibers were far lower than that of fiber dyed in water, which was the prominent advantage for PLA dyeing in supercritical carbon dioxide. Loss of tensile strength of fiber dyed in supercritical carbon dioxide at 120℃ was 9.22%, but 44.66% in water at the same temperature. The light fastness was good in both media and washing fastness for fiber dyed in supercritical carbon dioxide were better than that in water. Results showed that dyeing PLA in SC-CO2 with disperse dye was feasible.
