摘要
焦炉的加热控制是焦炉生产中最重要的控制。传统的焦炉加热控制系统采用“间歇加热控制”的方法,难以满足焦炉加热控制的要求。在分析焦炉加热控制的难点和策略的基础上,采用“间歇加热控制”与加热煤气流量调节相结合的控制原理,运用线性规划和模糊控制理论等方法,提出了焦炉加热智能控制策略和模型,并设计了控制系统的组成和结构。该系统能使焦炉稳定加热,优化焦炉的加热控制,实现焦炉加热的智能控制。
Heating control on coke oven is the most important control in coke oven operation. The control method of Intermittent Heating Control adopted in traditional heating control system of coke oven cannot satisfy the heating control on coke oven. Based on the analysis of the difficulty and strategy of heating control on coke oven, using the principle of combining the Intermittent Heating Control method with the heating gas flow adjustment, linear pro gramming and fuzzy control theory, the strategy and model of intelligent heating control on coke oven are put for ward. The composition and the structure of control system are designed. Such a system is to stabilize and optimize the heating of coke oven.
