摘要
眼袋整形手术不当则会造成不良后果。１９８６年以来治疗眼袋成形术并发症１５例，男性１例，女性１４例。并发症最多为下睑外翻６例，其中２例将上睑重睑术切除的皮肤即时游离移植于下睑，纠正外翻，术后效果满意；２例经理疗、按摩后，３个月内下睑外翻消失。其次为下睑瘢痕显露４例，均采用理疗和强的松龙瘢痕内注射治疗，３个月～１年下睑瘢痕软化、痕迹不明显。两侧下睑不对称３例，均再次手术后得以纠正。睑下区凹陷１例，先后两次行自体颗粒脂肪注射术，术后效果满意。癔性失明１例，术中即时行暗示治疗后复明。作者重点分析和讨论了上述眼袋成形术后各种并发症的相关因素及防治措施。
Improper eye baggy plasty can bring out adverse effects. Since 1986, we have treated 15patients with complication of eye baggy plasty, Fourteen were females and one male. The age range wasfrom 25 to 68 years old and 12 patients were over 40 years old. The most common complication wetreated was lower eyelid ectropion Two were treated by lower lid reconstruction. We carried out skingraft to the lower eyelid and corrected ectropion with satisfactory results. Two were treated by stressingthe orbicular muscle of the lower evelid and drew to the outer canthus then fixed to the anterior Wall ofthe evelid. The results were also satisfactory. The rest two received physiotherapy and massage Theirlower eyelid ectropion disappeared WIithin 3 months. The next common complication was lower eyelidcicatrices exposure Four cases were treated by combined treatment such as physiotherapy and injectingprednisolone into scar. From 3 month to 1 year, the scar gradually become softened and then disap-peared. Three cases with asymmetry of both side were all corrected by reconstruction. One case with ex-cavation of the area below the eyelid was treated by injecting fat granule of his own for 2 times. Onecase with hysterical blindness was recovered by psychological suggestion just duriiig the operation. Thispaper focuses on the correlatvie factors mentioned and preventive and therapeutic project about thecomplications of the eye baggy plasty.
