摘要
在实验室条件下,以棉大卷叶螟幼虫为寄主,对其幼虫期的一种重要寄生蜂——卷叶螟绒茧蜂生物学特性进行了初步观察。结果表明,该蜂羽化高峰期为上午的6:00—10:00和下午的15:00—17:00;雌雄比为0.66:1;有92.6%的雌蜂当日交尾,且仅交尾1次;未交配的雌蜂也可产卵寄生,羽化成虫均为雄性。在17—33℃条件下,卷叶螟绒茧蜂成蜂寿命随着温度的升高而降低;提供蜂蜜水时寿命从17℃的12d降到33℃的2d,而清水对照的成蜂寿命从17℃的6d降到33℃下的不足1d。卷叶螟绒茧蜂既可以产卵寄生致棉大卷叶螟幼虫死亡。也可通过成蜂的产卵器刺破幼虫体壁并吮吸寄主体液而致害虫死亡。对雌蜂的寄生和取食行为进行了观察描述。
Biological characteristics of Apanteles opacus, a major larval endoparasitoid of Sylepta derogata, were investigated under laboratory conditions. The adults emerged on daylight, with the peak emergence at 6:00 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 17:00, and 92.6% of them mated on the day of emergence. Female adult only mated once in her life. The female can oviposit without mating, but all of the offspring after emergence was males. Male-biased adult sex ratio were found in laboratory populations ( ♀ : ♂ = 0.66 : 1 ). The longevity of adults decreased with the increase of temperatures from 17℃ to 33℃ when honey-water solution was provided. Mean longevity of the adults fed with honey-water solution was longer ( 12 d at 17℃ and 2 d at 33℃) than those fed with pure water (6 d at 17℃ and less than 1 d at 33℃). The adults can make host die through oviposition, or through puncturing and sucking the hemolymph of host. Feeding and parasitism behaviors of the parasitoids are also observed and described.
