摘要
针对交通量分配中的路阻函数问题，把行驶时间、行驶费用和交通量等综合在一起建立了路阻函数模型，在具有ＯＤ调查数据的基础上，应用最大似然估计法标定了路阻函数，并通过简单的例子说明了该方法的可行性。
This paper discusses the impedance function in traffic assignment. A newimpedance function is established with travel time, fee and traffic volume. Using thesurveyed OD data and the maximum likelihood estimation method, the parametersin the impedance function are calibrated. An example shows that the procedure isfeasible.
